We stayed at the hotel for a day on 31.03.2025. At the reception, I was immediately asked to sign a document that in case of damage to property I must pay. At the same time, a maid was shaking a sheet and pillowcases with mold stains nearby. Obviously, mold cannot be created by guests, but is the result of improper storage of damp linen. When I asked the administrator how I can make sure that everything is in order in the room now, I was asked to film everything on video. This left an unpleasant aftertaste and instead of resting, we had to record all the shortcomings. I am attaching a photo. There is a very unpleasant smell of old age and mold in the room. Things stink of this smell. Everything is very old, the curtains are not washed, the room is poorly cleaned and I was afraid to walk there without shoes. Everything is so dirty that it is disgusting to touch. There was no shampoo, toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room, the towels were grey and washed out like the bed linen. There were yellow stains on the decorative pillows, the plastic table and all the furniture was very shabby. The photo on the website was probably taken 10 years ago and is very different from reality. The breakfast is average. There is something to eat, but you have to stand in line for the coffee machine since there is only one for 40 people, as well as a bread fryer. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
