I felt very disappointed once I checked in. This hotel could not meet my expectations as a 5-stars hotel. The staff had kindly prepared some drinks on our arrival which we guessed this might be the welcome drinks for us but the front desk reception didn’t invite us to have them. At the end the drinks were put aside and probably wasted. We think the training for the reception and the communication between staffs can be enhanced.
The room is dusty, especially over the curtains. Numerous mosquitoes inside the room which disturbed our sleep so much that we had to turn the air conditioner to a freezing temperature such that we could at least stay overnight on our first day of trip. The hotel offered electric mosquito swatter which was out of order. We asked for another one but again it couldn’t work at all.
The stagnant ponds at the hotel looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages. The turbid pond water contained quite lots of waste and leaves within which could be the possible incubator for mosquitoes. We had to leave on the next day instead of staying there for the whole trip (4nights).

Convenient to travel, quiet and private. I don't know what to criticize. The room is very good, wide, clean, beautiful, good common area, good service staff, welcome drink, mini bar in the room you can eat everything, excellent food, famous breakfast has a variety and every menu is delicious. So much that I wonder what time the kitchen has to prepare. The hotel is next to the sea but you can't swim in the sea. In the evening, the wind is very good. Fitness, sauna, spa are all available. Suitable for relaxation.
