The room was very noisy and the overall environment was not good. There was road construction at the door. I reminded the front desk several times and asked to communicate with the guests next door. It was still very noisy and I couldn't rest at all.

Great hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Great location close to all the party spots, but in a quiet side street. The only downside to the location is the road repair on one side.

We stayed at this chain of hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. I really like the energy-saving concept and water from the dispenser instead of plastic. The buffet breakfasts are delicious, everything is fresh and in sufficient quantity. The pool is in the shade, cool. There are new sun loungers and towels and umbrellas. The bed is large, with a good mattress. Not sagging mattresses and fresh bed linen. There is tea and coffee in the room. Hot water in the shower was fast. There is a hair dryer.
