Nice inexpensive hotel, 20 minutes from the port. No extra amenities, but enough of everything. It was quiet at night. The guys at the reception are very friendly. There is a swimming pool on the territory. I recommend it for accommodation.

Found my cozy spot in Pattaya. Made a third booking.
Golden Villa delivers value for money. Tucked away on a side street as you're ascending to Phratamnak, I recommend staying here for budget-conscious travelers.
Upsides: Hospitable hosts, comfortable bed, strong AC, soothing bath (King Deluxe room, and nice pool
Downsides: no amenities, no food offered or breakfast, street noise depending upon the location of your room.
Overall, I would recommend staying here without hesitation.

- the room smelled strongly of sewage, they fixed it but it didn't help
- incredibly noisy from the street, got used to it only on the third day
- no ramp for strollers from the street
- worn out but intact rooms
