Проживали в номере 512. Неоднозначное впечатление. Персонал отеля, на зоне ресепшен - молодцы, вежливые, стараются помочь, улыбаются. Уборщиц не дождешься, приходится их ловить и просить чтобы убрали номер. Самое печальное когда берешь отель с выходом к бассейну - это отсутствие лестницы в этот бассейн! Как происходит процедура купания - на корточках спускаешься на плиту в воде, с нее в бассейн. Чтобы вылезти из воды нужно повторить в обратном порядке. Глубина бассейна у дальних вилл - 1.25 метра, в центральной части есть один - 1.30 метра. Брать номера на втором этаже бессмысленно, потому что нормальный доступ к бассейну (шезлонги и столики) на дальних виллах только у первого этажа. После похода в душ всегда огромная лужа на полу, в огромной ванной комнате нет НИ ОДНОЙ розетки, волосы приходилось сушить у кровати… завтраки вкусные, но ассортимент блюд скудный. По итогу, отель не стоит своих денег, картинка классная, ситуация - печальная.

The front desk staff was sincere and polite. I felt at home from the day I checked in to the day I checked out! The hotel restaurant is of very good quality, and the breakfast is quite rich. It happened that there were not many people staying, so it was not a dream to book the swimming pool!
