Be very careful, the housekeeper will pretend to be the manager and extort laundry fees for towels from you!!! This is unheard of in the hotel world!! We should have read the Google reviews beforehand because this isn't the first time!... Persisting in her lie, she even called a police officer who had a completely despondent face, but the problem is that we know people in Thailand and are not just tourists, and she realized it too late.... To prevent this from happening again, we will do what is necessary because this establishment gives a very bad image of Thailand and could ruin your vacation. We had the towels washed so as not to allow her to win her case, a towel that, according to her, wasn't washable, and when we brought it back to her and asked why it was brand new, she turned her back on us!! Never let yourself be taken advantage of by these malicious people who, for 200 baht, are ready to ruin your memories of this wonderful country that is Thailand! And especially, dear manager, if she's having fun doing this with different travelers, at the end of the month she's making extra money off your image, which is neither legal nor honest... Moreover, upon arrival, the room was dirty, with urine on the toilet bowl, seen attached photos, and hair everywhere in the bathroom and on the pillows. The room wasn't cleaned during our entire stay. We went right next door to the cheaper, typical Thai hotels, the "Baan Talay," much cheaper, with staff that reflect Thailand, smiling and welcoming, and what's more, you sleep well there, no noise from bars or shouting in the street like here! So a word of advice: avoid this hotel!!!! And I forgot the pool; the water isn't treated and has nothing to do with the photos, you wouldn't swim...

When checking in, they gave me the wrong key card. The staff misunderstood each other and gave me the correct room. The room was still not very clean. There was still hair in the bathroom and beside the bed. But the staff were lovely and spoke politely.

The hotel is small, comfortable and conveniently located. A deposit is taken upon check-in. It is located in the Russian district. A quiet hotel, despite its proximity to bars and gentlemen's clubs. Pros: new, clean, quiet, has a swimming pool (for children), budget. Cons: the shower leaks, they charged 100 baht for slightly dirty linen. Overall, it's ok, 7.5 out of 10
