Located in the south of Pattaya, far from the main pedestrian street, but close to Jomtien Night Market. There is also a delicious night market next to it. There are massage shops and 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel is new. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, they clean daily. Everything is fine, there are some minuses, they forget to put a toothbrush, there is no wardrobe for clothes. There was a moment when there were almost no guests in the hotel, for breakfast they only cooked scrambled eggs, no variety, when the occupancy was better, then they added dishes. But in principle everything is fine, we checked in for a week, extended for another week. The pool on the roof is very clean.
