I stayed for 5 nights and can't complain about the value for money. Basically one of the cheapest options in Pattaya, the room was basic but clean. The furniture was very old and worn, but the air conditioning worked well. There was no daily room service, though they dropped in once when I asked them to.
The location is very quiet, with no noise other than barking dogs at night. The bed was comfy with good pillows, so slept well. A short walk to the beach where you can catch a baht bus and head into Pattaya,which takes about 30 min.

這個房子離海邊很近。但是這個還不好游泳，岸邊的水有點沙子，看起來黃，海邊風很大，很涼快。老闆是俄羅斯人，很有意思。老闆是泰國人。有一個小遊泳池，對不會游泳的人來説，學游泳很好。但要特別注意的是來酒店，如果用bolt這個軟件打車的話，地圖上找不到這家酒店。

Тихое место. Рядом море. Дорожки вдоль моря, есть где прогуляться.
Доброжелательные хозяева отеля. Помогают решить любые проблемы. Тихие соседи, что очень важно, чтобы отдохнуть.
Есть кухня со всем необходимым для приготовления привычной еды. Меняю третий отель в Паттайе, но сюда вернусь однозначно.
