We stayed with a family of 4 (with two children) from the end of February to the beginning of March. Everything was great!. The room was a one-room, which caused a bit of a problem. Somehow Trip.com allowed us to book a one-room room for a family of 4 (the maximum possible is three). When checking in, this caused, as it seemed to me, a huge surprise for the Chinese owner. To his credit, he allowed us to check in and did not charge any fine. We were a little cramped, but we saved a lot. We asked for additional linen (I slept on the sofa), the owner promptly brought silk linen in 10 minutes. The condominium is magnificent! In the neighboring 3-story building on the condo territory there are magnificent: a gym, a sauna and the coolest thing - a swimming pool on the roof, it's just super! )) The condominium in the navigator is called Supalai Mare. Across the road there is a fruit and vegetable market, the prices are excellent despite our sad ruble exchange rate (at the time when we lived, the Thai baht to the ruble was actually 1:3). Even at this rate, we bought fruits and vegetables in any quantity at a very low price. The main building of the Condo is also excellent, tall, beautiful, very clean! The security guards salute at the entrance, which causes a smile and some confusion... I want to swear back ))) The only reason why we changed the Condo after a while was the distance to the sea, well, it's really far to walk, 1.5-2 km to the beach in the heat. On the other hand, there is a fruit market nearby. Balance..., choose for yourself what is more important to you. Thanks to the owner, we liked everything very much ))

The room is good, quite clean. You can see half the city from the room. There is a microwave, stove, dishes, refrigerator. TV with Netflix, YouTube and other services. (Next to the room there are 2 open terraces where you can relax or work. On the 35th floor there are 2 large terraces, and a work room with comfortable chairs and air conditioning. In the neighboring building, on the second floor there is a fairly good gym, on the third floor there is a swimming pool and a clearing for games with children in the form of a ship.
