The Base B&B in Pattaya! So convenient in the busiest location in the city center! It's very convenient to ride in the car! You can take the cheapest Ten Thai Pearl double car to T21 shopping mall to eat and shop! B&B agent service attitude is ok! That day we were even given 45 minutes early to pick up the keys!

Check all appliances and lighting. Upon check-in, we received a bad washing machine, the light bulbs did not work, the sofa bed did not fold out, there was no second set of bed linen. There was not enough dishes. After calling, we had to wait two days for the owner to bring a new hose and bed linen...
Cleaning was stated every three days and linen change every six. Nothing happened!
They give one key for the whole family.
But, in general, this may be a common case!
Overall, the Condo is decent (it has been better), you can take it.

The washing machine in the accommodation was so dirty and smelly that it needed the manufacturer's washing machine cleaner service. It was inconvenient to use the self-laundry room. Room 204 was small, cosy and quiet. The balcony view looked at the other building but you can just see the sea. Internet was good. Cleaner comes every 3 days with clean towels, coffee, water and shower gel.
But Lots of people are coming in and out of the building so you have to wait for the lift and forget trying to get a sunbed on the roof top pool unless you get up there early.
When I booked the room I asked to pay extra for a 6pm check out which was agreed but a few days before I was told to check out 1pm. This made me angry as I had to sit around for 6 hours for the 7pm bus to the airport.
Overall everything was ok but I wouldn't stay again
