Is the room shabby? The hot water didn't come out when I was taking a shower. The cabinets are like in the pictures. My God, I have never seen such a hotel before.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. The towels were filthy, with visible stains that were shocking and unhygienic. Water pressure was abysmal, and there was no hot water at night. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and often unusable, while the water smelled like iron. The toilet wasn’t clean, adding to the overall discomfort.
The only positive aspect was the location and good personnel, but it doesn’t make up for the terrible experience. I will never return. 1/5 stars

Good location, on the main road, with public buses passing by all the time. Very close to the walking street and Bali Hai Pier, you can walk there. However, the room seems a bit stuffy and damp. If you don't mind the room, it's okay.
