The hotel is located in a busy area of indian and middle eastern surrounding. Hotel offers indian breakfast . No tea or coffee facilities in the room. It's a noisy environment with lots of young indian guys only book as in groups and are partying and smoking around. Not suitable for families however if you are night goer. Then the place would suit . The management and reception staffs are very helpful and friendly. It's more a motel than a hotel . Still needs to develop and maintain standards. A big no no for me for future. Families willing to book the hotel please think as it's not a family suited hotel. Walking distance to most places and Pattaya beach. I would grade it 3 star.

I spent one night in this hotel. For the price I didn't like it. They gave me a two-room suite without windows, saying that they upgraded my room for free (I booked a standard room, and nowhere was it said that the room was without windows. All the furniture and plumbing in the room were so old that it seemed that someone threw them out, and then decided to send them to this hotel. The flush in the bathroom worked intermittently, the mixer in the sink was dangling, as if they forgot to fix it. When checking out, I waited 15 minutes for them to check the room before returning the deposit of 500 baht. The location also did not impress me. It seems not far from the center, but it is not clear where to catch a songthaew.
