This is my third time coming to Pattaya and it feels great. I have been here for half a month this time, and the 13 hotels I stayed in were all very good. The first time I encountered an arrogant and rude front desk person with eyes above his head. We brought a 9-year-old child to the front desk and asked us to add 500 plants before we could check in. The attitude was very bad. Then we contacted Ctrip to communicate with the hotel. Ctrip was very reliable and immediately called the front desk. I bit the bullet and paid extra to check in. After I went up, I saw a small balcony as shown in the picture. There are pigeon cakes and cigarette butts and toilet paper on them. The door cannot be locked from the inside, and we can walk to our room from the balcony next door. We are even more scared. It was very noisy at night, the sound insulation was poor, the room had a strange smell, the windows could not be opened, and there were mosquitoes when they were opened. (Their hotel pictures are completely deceptive, and Ctrip also said that it will reduce cooperation with them in the future.
