Watch the video yourself. It's a room in a three-bedroom, one-living room, probably less than 10 square meters, dark, no windows, and the lights are broken. Don't stay there. You can stay very well for a few dozen dollars more. Fortunately, I only booked one night. There are videos and pictures. I don't want to say anything else. It's not as good as the hostel at the train station.
