Rubbish hotel. Cleaned once in 7 days. Shower gel and shampoo were not changed. They were in very small bottles. The attitude of the front desk was very bad. I reported the situation to them. From beginning to end, they never said a word of apology. There was no service attitude at all. The attitude was super bad.

We had a bad stay in this establishment which, to your appearance, seemed much better than the others. We cut our stay short and went to another hotel which was much cheaper and much more welcoming. Hygiene is not respected. It is very noisy at the reception. The woman who takes care of the check-in was really not at all welcoming and disgusted us. When we arrived, we were no longer in a good atmosphere. We preferred to change hotels. It is very dirty and there are many much nicer hotels to discover in Pattaya. I do not recommend it. I am posting a photo of the bathroom floor which was very dirty. I asked the cleaning lady to clean it with bleach. She told me she couldn't, it was like that.
