Not clean because a lot of stain and hair, and also my concern is the reception in the evening’s shift, he is not smiling he is mad all the time and when he approaches the customer like no energy and maybe i think he is against the world happiness, he’s attitude towards to the guest is not good and because it can give negative vibes to the ambience of the hotel and the appearance of it, even it is a cheap price of hotel you need to be excellent on service, if your staff is good in accommodating maybe a lot of guest will comeback again and again, and also i have concern about he’s service is not good I point the person at night shift the man, I didn’t get his name, because when i ask for request that my bed is in the down not in the up, he tell me no available, and he’s face is in anger mode, afterwards maybe he think that he’s doing not good, and he find another key, and i think if he is the owner of that hotel he need to learn the customer service that what we called in the business industry, because i compare him to the reception in the morning the girl that help me and very approachable because i ask where the terminal of the bus and she tell me detail by detail, that is the meaning of customer service. Hope to address this concern about my experience, to the man at night shift, if you are the owner of the hotel, a little of advice to make your hotel known and have a great experience to all your guest, please learn what your businesses running on, or if you are not the owner of the hotel, please learn what is the customer service means, and improve it, because us guest are the one give you income/salary. I give 1 for the because of the girl who assist me well and helped me that time give her a 👏👍
