Good points: wifi, can watch YouTube and other things on TV, hard bed, microwave, balcony
Bad points: on the day of check-in, the frost in the refrigerator melted and the floor became flooded, but the front desk couldn't help me, so I had to wipe it up myself. The water is sometimes cut off, so the shower and sink can't be used at that time. The lights in the room sometimes flicker, and I had to ask 2-3 times before they finally helped me. The room won't be cleaned unless you hang a sign. The front desk staff watch videos and play billiards, and as other reviews have said, if they don't improve their service and customer service, I think they'll only get fewer customers.

Excellent hotel/hostel. Located in the central area of Pattaya, 10 minutes walk from the beach and Walking Street. The common room has everything for a comfortable stay: a comfortable wide bed, a towel, toiletries, 24-hour air conditioning, your own toilet and shower cabin per room.
