The hotel and trip.com contacted each other. We wanted to postpone the trip to the next day because of a typhoon. We contacted trip and the hotel and they both said it was OK. But later, they both said the other party was not good, a rubbish travel agency, and a small hotel.

偏僻難找環境差

We went to Building 1 first, but the wind was as strong as **, and we couldn't rest at ease. The workers came and looked at the gap in the balcony door. They couldn't fix it, so they had to change rooms. When we moved to Building 2, the water in glass bottles was directly changed to plastic bottles, and the supplies in the bathroom were changed from boxes to transparent bags. It felt like the whole thing was downgraded. It was very late, and I was too lazy to bother with it. The next day, I put a door card in the room when I went out to the swimming pool, but when I came back, the room card was gone. I talked to the front desk, and they said that the cleaning staff saw us take the card away. We asked to adjust the surveillance because we didn't see the cleaning staff at all when we went out, so how could the cleaning staff see the guests take the door card inserted in the wall. After a while, they said something like the cleaning staff made a mistake. As Thailand is a place where 7-11 is popular, especially in Pattaya, there is no 7-11 near the hotel. The straight-line distance looks very close, but it takes more than one kilometer to go around, which is very inconvenient. If it weren't for the road closure for the marathon, which caused the hotel I stayed in every time to be in the road closure area, I would definitely not come here. After the marathon, we quickly moved to the Somerset Hotel where we had been staying since coming to Pattaya. It was very convenient for transportation, shopping and the beach, and the service was great.

When checking in, I saw a very bad scene. A young man from Northeast China argued with the front desk. The front desk clerk said only English with disdain, but she had just finished speaking Chinese with us, so she discounted it.
