We chose the hotel because it was close to the main hotel. We were supposed to check in at 6:00, sleep until literally 12:00 and check out. Upon arrival at the reception, they spent 40 minutes looking for our reservation. Then they explained to us that our reservation had been lost because we had not checked in the day before. And that the hotel was full! After long explanations that we had warned about a "late" early check-in... they checked us in🤦🏻♀️ Why write "24-hour reception", why did we leave a comment about the check-in time?!

I took the 7:00 bus from Ekkamai and arrived at Pattaya North Bus Terminal at 9:20. After having a light meal at the restaurant in the terminal, I headed to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel after 10:00, but I was able to check in well before 14:00 because the room had already been cleaned. I was very grateful for this. My friend had previously stayed in a room on the second floor and said that there were no problems with the Wi-Fi and shower pressure, but this time I was in a room on the third floor and the Wi-Fi cut out quite frequently and the shower pressure was weak, which was a problem. The table was also very small and I couldn't put anything on it. When I put a plastic bottle on the table, it fell over and the cup fell and broke. The table was so small that it was more like a storage stand than a table. I had heard from a friend that there was no safety box, so I brought a key with me as a safety measure. There is no elevator, so it can be a burden for those with a lot of luggage or those on the third floor or higher. The woman at the front desk was friendly and very pleasant. The location is great.
