這是我十年來第一次寫評論，因為這次的住宿體驗實在令人失望到極點。以下是入住期間遇到的嚴重問題：
1. Wi-Fi 有名無實：雖然房間號稱有Wi-Fi，但訊號完全無法使用，形同虛設。作為現代住宿的基本設施，房主竟未確保Wi-Fi正常運作，也未提供任何解決方案，讓人非常不便。
2. 夜晚無水洗澡，需用瓶裝水：更誇張的是，晚上洗澡時發現完全沒有水！房主居然建議我們用瓶裝水洗澡，這種基本設施的缺失讓入住體驗糟透了，毫無舒適感可言。
3. 安全隱患導致意外，高額索賠：由於Wi-Fi訊號極差，朋友試圖在二樓露台尋找訊號，不慎從塑膠製的露台欄杆摔落受傷。這種塑膠欄杆本身就有安全問題，房主卻完全不承認責任，還要求高達10,000泰銖的賠償，稱欄杆損壞需由我們負責。更離譜的是，連2,000泰銖的押金也被扣留，完全不退還。
房主有義務在入住時清楚告知設施狀況和安全風險，而不是在事故後推卸責任並高額索賠。雙方對意外都有責任，但房主的處理方式毫無誠意，讓人極度失望。這是我住過最差的住宿，強烈建議其他旅客避開這間地方！

Decent place for family staycation. The house is spacious and pretty neat and clean. The only thing I could complain is not having a microwave and cutlery.
The owner is friendly. He waited us till 2 am, as we had a late ride from Bangkok.

The house is very clean and tidy. The staff forgot some electrical appliances, but the room has a separate zone, a large TV, a sofa, a kitchen, a complete washing machine, and 3 bedrooms.
