Very bad service and unfair !! They try to charge me 500 baht just because i used the dishes and didn’t wash it. Its a facility. Its supposed to be ! Every hotel and villa provides the cleaning service for help the guests and its already included with our booking fee. Its doesn’t make sense to ask the guests for clean the dishes by themselves. I booking with a booking fee and i pay with money, not for stay free. Especially i booking at trip.com not airbnb !!! I booking this villa for a vocation and not for being a maid !! Very bad !!!!!!!!!
And the location also so bad, hard to find and far. and this villa does not give privacy for guests, they install camera inside the villa at the living room. it violates the guest's personal rights and privacy. They supposed to be just install the camera at out side the villa for a safety reasons not inside. it makes us feel uncomfortable and like we are being watched and no privacy. I have booked and stayed in many villas but never found one as bad as this one. This is the first villa that I found it like this, never before.
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
