This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had, and it’s shocking that this property claims to be a 5-star hotel on Trip.com. First, the WiFi was atrocious. It didn’t work at all, and I had to repeatedly call the front desk to have it fixed. Even after multiple attempts, the connection was unreliable and slow. For a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was appalling. The room floor was sticky, with visible dirt, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Dust coated the surfaces, and the bathroom wasn’t much better—it looked like it hadn’t been maintained for weeks. It felt like staying in a low-grade motel rather than a luxury hotel. The TV didn’t work either. It refused to turn on, and there was no explanation or attempt to fix it. This added to the frustration of having limited in-room amenities and left me wondering how the hotel could neglect such basic facilities. The noise levels were intolerable. Late at night, large groups of tourists checked in, creating chaos in the hallways. Adding to this, the soundproofing in the rooms was awful. Every noise from neighboring rooms, including some extremely “unpleasant” and inappropriate sounds, was clearly audible, making it impossible to relax. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Communication was a big issue as they struggled with basic language skills. For example, when I asked for a toothbrush, the staff simply pointed vaguely somewhere instead of assisting me. This lack of professionalism and hospitality was disappointing and made the stay even more unpleasant. The room’s amenities were outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture was scratched and worn, the air conditioning was loud and inefficient, and the overall condition of the room was far below standard. The hotel claims it was renovated in 2023, but honestly, who knows? Nothing about the state of the room or the facilities suggested any recent renovation. If this is the result of an upgrade, I dread to think what it was like before! This hotel is far from what it advertises and absolutely not worth the price. It needs major improvements in cleanliness, soundproofing, basic amenities, and staff training to even come close to a true 5-star experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a better stay.

i spent five days so i went to outside everyday but i think this hotel shuttle service not available ,may be next time improve process made it , thanks a lot

Everything is very good and I have nothing to say. The lady boss is also a good role model to follow.

Accommodation not far from the main road. Makes no noise from the car. I got a good atmosphere from staying here. Next time I will definitely come back to stay again 🥰

The rooms are clean and there is a cafe inside. The rooftop pool looks great with a great view. If there is a chance to return to use the service again.

The accommodation is not very far from the main road. I get a good rest because this place is not next to the main road. At night it is very quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool and inside the room are clean.

The hotel is good in all aspects. I will choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity. There is a coffee shop at the door and it is not far from the 21st Century Terminal. It has five-star reviews.

The room facilities need to be improved. Although the attitude of the Thai people is very sincere, there are Chinese signs, but they cannot communicate in Chinese. Guests need to buy slippers, toothbrushes, etc. in the room through 711. It is really inappropriate. The price is not transparent. The room facilities should even be described as simple. Express it, improve it, this kind of quality really cannot win the favor of the Chinese people

The property is quiet and free of noise from the main road outside. Makes me get a good rest The staff are well spoken and smiling, helpful and enthusiastic. It is recommended to use the swimming pool above which has a very beautiful view of the Sanctuary of Truth. Overall cleanliness is well taken care of.

The room was very nice and hygienic. I booked it in a hurry but it was surprisingly good. There is also a coffee bar downstairs in the hotel, which is very friendly to people like me who can't live without coffee! !

Newly opened hotel-style apartment, check-in was smooth and the welcome drink was very delicious. The hotel has complete facilities. Although it is not facing the sea, it still has a good holiday experience. The room is a suite structure and has good value for money, which I prefer. I will stay here again next time I go to Pattaya.

Nice hotel, very convenient for traveling, very close to Terminal 21, quiet in the bustle. The hotel has just opened, the facilities are very new, the sanitation is very clean, and the breakfast is good and rich in variety. The swimming pool on the rooftop is great and you can look out to the sea. I will stay here again next time.
