It was a very good stay. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. The decoration style of the room was simple and bright. It was also quite spacious and had complete supporting facilities. The hotel is located in a small alley in Pattaya city. You can get there by taking a tuk-tuk after getting off the bus. There is a striking sign at the door and several 7/11s, which is quite convenient.
It is also within walking distance from the seafood market.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The front desk is friendly and the service is proactive. The guest rooms are not as bad as some negative reviews say.
