Бронировали данный отель опираясь на хвалебные отзывы и наличие 2-х комнатного номера. Все практически еще новое, кондиционеры не шумные, нам это было важно. Сотрудники все приветливые, заселили раньше времени. Все чисто и красиво... Но, сам отель расположен на юге, где море не для купания, вход без тапок в море невозможен, можно поранить ноги, до моря по жаре идти минут 10. Территории у отеля нет. Вид нашего номера с 4 этажа был на задворки какие-то, сказали, что выше номеров данной категории нет. Бассейн на крыше на 7 этаже, мелкий, прохладный, не прогревается, купаться особого желания не было. Завтраки скромные, про это писали, все по чуть-чуть, очень по чуть-чуть.., видать от того, что мало отдыхающих. Оказывается можно было просить трансфер по городу, мы узнали только про это с отзывов в конце отдыха, нас отвезли до парома на остров ко лан, ехать 5 мин от силы. При заселении нам этого не сказали. Продуктовые магазины, массажные салоны не далеко от отеля. В следующий раз в данный отель мы бы не поехали. Всё-таки расположение и много других отрицательных для нас моментов, имеет значение. Но сотрудникам отеля все равно спасибо 🙏 за их гостеприимство!!!

We were put in a room that didn't match the description on the website, the room was very dusty, the bathroom was all moldy, there was no mirror at all except for the bathtub, although our parents lived in the next room, everything was clean and there was a full-length mirror at the entrance. At the reception they promised to move us to a new room, but each time they said "tomorrow"

Excellent hotel for this money. The rooms are large with a kitchen and a large refrigerator. The balcony is also large. The breakfast is the most ordinary.
