Pros: Near Pattani University, walk out of the alley, there are shops, 7-11, laundry, many restaurants in the evening
The hotel owner is welcoming and provides good information
The accommodation is safe, you can order food through Grab, there are Grab cars to pick up and deliver, digital TV, Netflix, there is a clothesline outside
There are 2 buildings, clearly separated into daily and monthly rental buildings, not mixed
Cons: I felt that the bed sheets were dusty and the rooms were not soundproof

Compared to previous stays, the cleanliness has been deteriorating. The bed spread might has not been changed. Floor with hairs. Room balcony facing with the space of the hotel with high speargrass without being cut. Need to improve the condition.

The staff are polite, lovely, and provide good advice. The room is clean and comfortable. Suitable for both resting and working. There is a comfortable work desk and good wifi signal. I give it a full 100 points.
