I have the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel and it is an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every need is met with a smile. Speciál thanks to the chef who is very helpful with the special nutrition needs of my son, and the guests relations team ! The housekeeping also is very helpful and fast! Ill definitely be returning on my next visit to Greece!

I was staying in Aldemar Village with my spouse for a week. We were having a lot of fun there mainly because of the animation team. There are actually two - one french (Lukea) and one international (Pinkwave). The entertainer were great, especially Matej (Pinkwave) from the Czech Republic did a really good job during our stay. The food was excellent, wide choice of everything. Also the hotel staff seemed friendly and nice. Thank you for this holiday and I hope we are coming back next year!

New experience with this hotel village! Nice beach good food only cold water:(! But definetelly its deserves to go there for the money! Every night live music ! 30km to olympian village can rent a car its nicer to go See Olymp! When go to buy souvenirs negociate !

The staff in the hotel was really friendly and kind. Also the enertainment team was amazing and especially Matej from Czechia was always willing to help. The rooms were cleaned and the food was awesome. Definitely a 5 star hotel. We are coming back next year!

Quelques rafraîchissements à faire dans les salles de bain, mais Les bungalows sont agréables et bien équipés. Nous avons apprécié le mini bar et la présence de coffres gratuits . Nous avons aimé aussi la présence de la bouilloire très pratique

Zuallererst muss ich ein grosses Lob an das gesamte Personal vom Aldemar Resort abgeben. Die Freundlichkeit....war für uns eines der größten Merkmale von diesem absolut traumhaften und toll organisiertem Resort. Für fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an ...herzlichst Willkommen. Das Team des Olympia Restaurants waren die Spitze🤌 Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Sharingpool und Meerblick....einfach traumhaft ....und das Essen war in jedem der Restaurants ....ein Gaumenschmaus. Ich könnte noch mehr schwärmen ,aber das würde wohl hier den Rahmen sprengen. Ich und meine Partnerin kommen aufjedenfall wieder....weil wir hier im Resort nicht nur Gast waren, sondern uns wie zuhaus gefühlt haben. Danke an das gesamte Team..vom Zimmerservice....über das Restaurantservice....hin zum Rezeptionteam.

I can’t recommend staying. We came here 2 days ago with 6 months old infant. We booked room with private pool a few months ago. There are swallows' nests above our heads on the terrace. The entire terrace (including the sun loungers and table) and the swimming pool are covered in feces. The hotel does not feel responsible for rectifying the situation, we have been arguing for a new room for two days. We didn't even get any compensation for these terrible conditions. I do not recommend!

Es handelt sich um Kleinigkeiten, die es schwer machen eine sehr gute Bewertung abzugeben. Erstens sind die 5 Sterne für das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Ein alter Safe im Zimmer für den sich kein Schlüssel organisieren lässt, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage an der Rezeption ist erbärmlich. Dann die Zusage von der Rezeption, daß man sich im Laufe des nächsten Tages darum kümmern wird und nichts passiert ist für 5 Sterne mehr als schwach. Wenn der Fernseher im Zimmer nicht funktioniert weil das Antenenkabel defekt ist und keiner vom Roomservice meldet es an die Rezeption weiter lässt auf Gleichgültigkeit ohne gleichen schließen. Genauso der extrem verschmutzter Teppichbelag im Zimmer. Die Flecken und Schmutz, würden sich problemlos entfernen lassen, wenn es jemandem auffallen würde oder man es wollen würde, aber nichts passiert... English und Griechisch, sonst spricht niemand an der Rezeption eine andere Sprache, das ist nicht wirklich dramatisch aber bei den internationalen Touristen hier etwas wenig für 5 Sterne. 3 Sterne würden hier eher den tatsächlichen Zustand wiedergeben. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, das Essen sehr vielseitig, die Lage Top. Die Menschen sehr nett und gerade im Gastronomiebereich sehr bemüht. Die Anzahl an Drinks im Angebot schien unendlich und ihre Qualität entsprach hier tatsächlich den 5 Sternen, sehr gut und in richtigen Gläsern serviert!
