My husband and I really enjoyed this experience. The mountain treehouse was beautiful with amazing views. The spa was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a while. Food was amazing, highly recommend the trout. We love the hiking trails, and accomplished all of them so much fun and good exercise. The wine tasting was very enjoyable, and I would do it again.

We have stayed at Primland before in one of the Fairway Cottages and played golf on their spectacular course. This trip was about relaxing downtime which was perfectly accommodated by Barn Owl treehouse with its magnificent views. We noticed that all the staff we encountered seemed to be happy working at Primland and some had been there for years, Everyone engaged us in friendly informal conversation. Those things enhance a relaxing stay. A shout-out to Sarah, Paxton, Cameron, Mariccar, Rain, and anyone we may have forgot to mention. I hope I got everyone’s correct name because y’all made our stay memorable. We have visited numerous luxury resorts and hotels. Primalnd is special and we hope to return.

Our stay at Primland was one of the best mini vacations I have ever experienced. Beautiful views, wildlife, hiking, observatory, food, service, golf.... Restful, relaxing, invigorating. The best, most friendly service of any place I have traveled. I will be coming back.

We spent a week at Primland. I was there for a board meeting but I am so glad we stayed an extra few days. Every aspect of this experience was exceptionally well done - food and services, wine tasting, observatory, spa, ATV, trail riding could not have been better. The location is stunning. We brought our doggo and he had as much fun as we did. Highly, highly recommend!

I’ll start with the positive . Absolutely beautiful setting , multitude of activities to spend your time while staying ( should find it hard to be bored) Rooms are very comfortable and well arranged . Staff are very friendly. She with all the positives , why a 3 star? Because dining in the leather flower restaurant is a 2 for dinner and a 1 for breakfast. The chef or cook has 0 ability to using seasoning other than salt ( perhaps a smoker so he can’t taste salt well) but it’s overpowering on everything they serve. Was served sea bass filet ( without the removal of the bloodline ) guessing the cook has no idea what that even is. Salad had past its prime greens ( really for what they charge ?) They have a captive audience when it comes to dining as it’s a drive even to go to Jane’s diner in town ( but better food) All in all , you shouldn’t have to leave for good food. This fundamental aspect of a resort , was nothing short of pathetic. Sad as the rest of their offerings rate a 5.

Primland was a great experience. It was truly a retreat and the bed were amazing. The food was great on property. The chauffeur service was timely and professional. Al activities create lasting memories.

Incredible golf. Very challenging. This is a place to bring more balls than you might normally. Tight fairways and difficult approaches. Little margin for error. Huge, undulating greens that are tricky to read. A lot of fun if you're looking for a challenge. Spectacular views every which way you look. Worth taking tons of pics. Lots of other activities available. It's a high-end resort but somewhat unique bc staff are largely local. So you might not get exactly the--let's say--formal service you'd get at other resorts. But all staff are super friendly and make every effort to treat you right.
