The room was not clean at all very messy and ill mantained

Very disappointing. If death in family is not a genuine case for cancellation of booking for which valid death certificate has been provided then why r u making us fools. I hv a bad experience of make my trip.

The hotel has i) dirty room carpet ii)heating provision electric blanket only iii) broken bed headrest iv)though included breakfast booked but asked for extra charges for omelette.
