Room size is good but average looking. Gym is good but you have to step out of the building. Food is good. Reception has lot of interns. Need better training. They were blank on simple queries.

Good food and comfortable stay. Location is very good and staff is very friendly. Good cleanliness and hygiene. Rooms are spacious and cosy and hotel lobby is beautiful. I will highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure trip to Patna.

It was a really good experience and worth it Staff was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable Specially I would like to mention there names Gopal kundu , Jyoti , Seema It’s rare to come across such warm and professional service, and Jyoti truly added to our overall reception experience. Would definitely recommend here.

My Experience at this Hotel Patliputra Continental Was superb. All The staffs at reception Especially Ishika & Jyoti really helped me while checking in and checking out . I actually forgot to receive my earbuds but they helped me to find one Which was really sweet of them As I never expected this honest service from staffs Really looking forward to Come again at this property.
