Yes, this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for. It is just basically a big room, with 30 beds and no door between you and the stairwell of the building. Although they seem to take the time to sweep and mop the floor, they don't clean the bathrooms, (which are pretty filthy), or change the linen on the beds between guests, (they just hit the sheet on the mattress several times, like that somehow cleans it).
There also isn't any hot water, (they won't even boil any), and the beds are full of Indians who seem to act like they're the only people in the room while they're having loud phone conversations or playing loud music on their phone without using earphones.
It's probably better to pay a bit more for a better place.
