Phone to reception not working, hand-wash not provided and when they did it was in a small bottle. Spoilt teabags were there. Hot water didn't work at night and wifi also stopped working after 30 min.

Room facilities was not correlated with price. HAD to change room due to AC not working. New room had window AC with loud noise. Facilities was not like 5 star. Makemytrip should select hotels, which has facilities according to Star. Now I am going to change company for further travel

Breakfast quality was not good nor are there many options for breakfast just 3-4 dishes available. Rooms which I booked didn't have a window not worth the rates charged for the room.

The Food is good.
The Bed of the Hotel is very Hard and this is not comfortable.
They are not changing Bedsheet automatically if you ask them to change then they will change otherwise they will not.
