No security checks at the entry , complete shocker, wet and dry area in the room not maintained,horrible ....food after 11 pm was not available,,They don’t even know the details of the packag what to be offered(10% on F&B),everything was sub quality ,not fit for a 5 star (claimed).Need complete overall ...our money is also hard earned not for these kind of horrible promises...

Everything was okay but when called the receptionist asking prayer mat. He was very rude and said we dont give. I said normally in all the five star they provide even lemon tree also provide. He was really rude and he said ya but we don’t provide. He was really very rude in replying

Housekeeping mr - alok kumar (gss) raviroshan housekeeping is room cleing. Both person are good and active. Room and washroom services are good. Room views are also nice. Cleaning was nice. They also gave plate and all the needs They were good

My stay here was a wonderful experience. The room was tidy and spacious. The food was amazing, but the most amazing and wonderful part of my stay was the service provided by the staff. A big shout-out to Brijesh, Anish, and Sachin for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
