Service poor. For 02 fit more space than deluxe room and they named as ac super deluxe room and charging more than rs 500- without increasing any additional features. No water glass were provided, bed side lamps are for only show piece not in working condition. Doors are making noise all 24 hrs due to any air flow variation in room. No tissue paper in toilet, rooms are very congested as per the value they charge.

The rooms were stinking, bad and dirty linen. The washroom was an unclean mess. They were out on most of the items in the menu and then say outside food is not allowed. Unfortunately my charges stopped working, i went to the reception and i was told they don't have the charger despite it being kept on the counter. How can people be like this in the hospitality industry. I ordered breakfast and i was charged for the tea, i mean are these guys out of their minds, how can someone eat paranthas without tea/curd. The kind of charges they took, i could get a very good property else where(same city of a different city) biggest mistake ever made

Exprience was not good receptionist was behaving rudely cleaning issue room teliphone was not working some time lift was also not working properly price is too much service not good
