This was the worst hotel I have ever seen the service was horrible the staff are rude. We ask for heaters no reply . We had to keep asking for fresh towels and half the time they didn't even come back with the towels. On one occasion we asked for a towels and the staff took a dirty one from the drity bucket wet one which had been used before then then folded it and gave to use. We had seen the dirty towels in the bucket in the morning and re checked it after he gave to us. And it was the same towel. Toilets didn't flush in one of our room rang about 20 times nobody even bothered coming to fix it. All they were worried about was getting full payments. As soon as full payment was made they didn't care for customers they lift was not working . This was the worst hotel we have ever stay in .highly recommended never book this hotel it would be the stay in your life. Drity worst rude staff . I would never stay here again the lady cleaners keep asked for money only clean our room 2 in 10 days. The manager doesn't care for customers just they money. Stay away from this hotel. The pictures online are all fake room are nothing like they show thanks

Location is very good, rooms are both sizes small and large, mine is larger one and very comfortable for a family of 4. I just used it to stay for night only and left early morning. So dint had food there.

Great hotel. Great customer service. Clean environment. Receptionist behavior good. Great food. Room very clean. Must visit this hotel. Premium hotel in patiala. . Low price but premium stay.

Good hotel. But the commode is not properly clean. Food service is not 24 hrs. So early in the morning tea and boiled water also not received.
