Zone by the Park Pathankot

Joginder ji and babita ji were very sweet and warm. Professional and sweet. Good stay and clean place. The buffet was very good. The location is very nice. The whole hotel experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was very sweet. Were always there to ask us if you need anything overall highly recommend

The food was delicious & the staff facility was also amazing as Ms. Sonam treat in so gud way with a beautiful smile. If ever in future I prefer to go again in the hotel zone by the park,pathankot because of the lot of the facility and behaviour of staff

I recently stayed at the zone by the park Pathankot hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, which I really appreciated. The hotel provides RO water instead of packaged drinking water in the rooms, which is eco-friendly but might not suit everyone’s preference. The staff were courteous and friendly, especially Sonam and Babita, who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Their warm hospitality truly stood out! That said, there were a few drawbacks: 1. The bed was not very comfortable, which impacted my sleep. 2. My room didn’t have any view, which was a bit disappointing. 3. Parking is quite limited, which might be an issue if you’re traveling by car. 4. If you opt for dinner, there’s no buffet option—the food selection is limited. However, the dishes they serve are absolutely delicious, so the quality does make up for the lack of variety. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers great service and clean accommodations. If they address some of these issues, it could easily be a 5-star experience. Would recommend for a short stay, especially if friendly service and cleanliness are your top priorities.
