Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cafe is excellent and offers a very delicious breakfast. Location is also very good. Room is a bit old and furniture are not very nice. I would recommend the management to renovate room 36. 😉

The location is perfect, as I noticed lalitpur has a more fresh and nature orientated atmosphere compared to other areas in ktm. Manny's Eatery offers delectable Thai dishes and international cuisines in a cozy setting surrounded by nature. Akuj Café is a must-visit for its aromatic coffee and hearty breakfasts. Whether you're relaxing in the lush garden or enjoying the boutique charm of its heritage wings, this hotel is a haven in Patan and the service is above and beyond. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Excellent hotel, very well located a short and interesting walk to the many attractions of Pathan's Durbar Square. Room was warm, very comfortable and spacious, with water, tea, coffee and fruit provided. We had some of the best sleep since arriving in Nepal. The balcony was an excellent sunny spot. We had a very friendly arrival experience and felt very welcome. The resistance pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi area are well worth trying. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for almost a week at Shaligram Residence. All my family members and visitors were very happy with the services being provided by the staff. The space was adequate and the amenities in the apartment including the kitchen were excellent. The beds and washrooms were very clean and cleaners were regularly coming to clean the apartment. There's real value for money. I would strongly recommend everyone to try out Shaligram Hotel and Spa. It's home away from home. Many thanks to the staff and management of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, offering all the modern amenities one could ask for while still maintaining a cozy, traditional touch. The location is perfect – nestled in a peaceful area yet close enough to explore the bustling streets of Kathmandu. The hotel's restaurant served delicious, freshly prepared meals, and the views were simply breathtaking. I truly appreciated the attention to detail, whether it was the seamless check-in process or the helpful tips for exploring the city. Shaligram Hotel provided a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing and was the highlight of my trip to Kathmandu. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Overall a good hotel with a good location. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Only complaint is lack of hot water, especially in the cold season. The solar water system needs to be upgraded or supplemented with a gas gieser. For as expensive as this hotel is they should provide hot water for shower, not just lukewarm water.

My stay at their Apartment was a memorable experience. The room had a vintage feel to it. The apartment had decent sunlight exposure during the winter and that was one of the best part. The cafe had some of the best cheese cakes and great options for flavoured tea asI'm not a coffee person had. Love the staff and overall ambience of the hotel. Will definitely come back again next summer !!
