Staying at this hotel feels like staying at Villa. The room is spacious & relieved. The facilities are complete. MANTAPP has taken it. It's a pity that there's no swimming pool.

Pluses: 1. All staff are friendly and alert. Service is really like 5 star hotel staff 2. The largest room size in all of Tretes, especially if you get a connecting room 3. Luxurious interior 4. At night, order food at Welirang restaurant, it tastes great! 5. The location is suitable for healing Minuses: 1. The room floor is dusty, the amnesty is incomplete 2. The adult swimming pool is very dirty, my baby was swimming there, and after swimming he immediately got itchy 3. The taste of the food at breakfast is not as good as when ordered personally

Book a superior room with twin beds, get it on the 2nd floor. The view is beautiful from the room, recommended because of its position at the top. The rooms look like they are old buildings but they are still comfortable. The room is also quite spacious. The breakfast menu is extensive and tastes delicious. The hotel staff are quite friendly. In this hotel there are lots of stairs, so if you want to go anywhere you have to go up and down. Maybe those who bring elderly people should consider it again. Overall okay, can come back again sometime.

Pines garden hotel, cleanliness and location is ok but amenities are not enough. We know that the hotel were placed in highland which means low temperatured but why they didn’t put air conditioner on the rooms ? Maybe its unused but somehow we visitors need some clean air
