Buena localizacion pero gestion pesima
Atencion al cliente pesima, solo habia una señora que nos atendio bien. Estuvimos los 2 primeros dias sin que funcionara el agua caliente, reclamamos varias veces y no nos dieron solucion alguna. Al tercer dia, tras insistir mucho nos pasaron a otra habitacion.
No funcionaba el wifi en la habitacion, no me dieron llave de la caja fuerte, y algunos problemas mas. Las instalaciones de Spa no las tuvieron operativas y no tuvieron servicio de lavanderia, la excusa fueron los carnavales.
Para todo se inventaban excusas.

No tenían la información de la reserva cuando llegue, cobraron mal , dicen que tienen parqueadero pero: queda a dos cuadras del hotel y 2 no es gratis me cobraron por día cuando recogía el carro $ 10.000. Ahora bien, el último día cuando llegamos a parquear nos dicen que no hay nada que hacer que esta lleno y que si gusta déjenlo en la calle, como si nada, tuvimos que recorrer toda la ciudad en busca de parqueadero. No pudimos tomar desayuno un día porque la sala es muy pequeña había muchas personas haciendo fila , nos toco desayunar afuera. El agua apenas sale tibia, habitación y baño en mal estado de mantenimiento.

Es un hotel de pésimo servicio . No tienen agua caliente camas en mal estado no tienen toallas, no hay jabón . Sanitarios no hay botones para recibir a los huéspedes inseguro por ubicarse en una zona insegura. No recomiendo para quien busque opciones, lo que indica la publicidad es mentira.

El peor hotel en que he estado. el precio es muy alto para la categoría del hotel, el toilet tenía un ruido como si abrieran la ducha cada media hora, la cama sonaba mucho apenas te movías, una sola toalla desgastada y muy pequeña, un pancito, huevo reseco y café frío de desayuno, staff poco receptivo ante queja, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto,

Las instalaciones son nuevas o por lo menos en excelente estado, ideal para personas que son alérgicas al polvo (rinitis), las camas muy cómodas, la atención del hotel es excelente, la ubicación es muy buena (en pleno centro, cercano a muchos locales (tiendas) y comercio). Lo desfavorable para este hotel es que no esta preparado para recibir a grandes grupos, ya que el caldero para agua caliente es deficiente cuando muchas habitaciones lo utilizan al mismo tiempo. Lo otro desfavorable es la lentitud con que atienden los desayunos en la cafetería asociada al hotel, poco personal para atender los grandes grupos que se hospedan por tours de compras.
