El hotel al parecer contaba con remuneración reciente pero todo se opacaba con el olor en todo lado proveniente del restaurante, el parqueadero era mur reducido pero lo peor era el olor a basura en el mismo, todo el hotel contaminado con mal olor...

Que buen hotel para alojarse en Pasto, moderno, habitaciones cómodas, restaurante en el primero piso, amabilidad en la atención. De seguro volveré a alojarme allí. Los alrededores no son muy bonitos, pero eso no es culpa del hotel. Muy recomendado

El hotel Basan plaza, tiene muy buen servicio, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias , lo único negativo es que necesitan mejorar un poco la comida ya que no había pan en el menú del desayuno, de resto me sentí muy bien antentida tanto en este hotel como en la misma ciudad.

Fuimos tres adultos y dos mascotas. Habitación semi amplia y baño amplio. Muy buena atención al cliente. Excelente parqueadero debajo del hotel. Tienen un restaurante abajo y el edificio huele mucho a comida la mayor parte del tiempo. Lo mejor: petfriendly y habitación bonita.
