Siamo stati in questo hotel perché avevamo necessità di stare due notti al passo del Tonale. Abbiamo dormito malissimo nonostante avessimo una camera superior. Colazione pessima: il cameriere ti prepara il cappuccino con la macchinetta, a questo punto perché non può farlo il cliente? Un paio di brioches e qualche dolce di giorni prima! La signora alla reception sembra accogliente ma alla fine del cliente non gliene interessa niente. Mai più!

Abbiamo soggiornato con il mio compagno per 1 notte in questo splendido hotel. Camera bella spaziosa con balcone, pulita e ordinata. Buffet della colazione buono e con variate scelte. La cena scelta da noi alla carte era molto buona. In poche parole tutto ottimo.

We spent a wonderful week at this lovely hotel and would recommend a stay here without hesitation. We were allocated a standard room on arrival which looked nice but having seen the updated rooms on the website we asked if it was possible to upgrade. We were shown 2 rooms by the lovely Samuel, choosing one on the third floor. Having booked last minute with Crystal and getting a really good deal we were happy to pay the extra for this room. The bathroom in particular was fabulous with a large shower and great toiletries. The whole hotel was always spotless and the staff were caring and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. A big shout out to the lovely Cosimo for making us feel so welcome. The ski lockers were the best we have ever used in well over 20 ski trips and the hotel’s shuttle service to the slopes, driven by the brilliant Pio, was great. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for it at the beginning and end of the day. The spa was fabulous and was free to use which is not always the case in Italy. Breakfast was plentiful with a great choice though I can imagine it would be a little chaotic if the hotel was full. Dinner was generally very good and our waiter was amazing. This hotel definitely deserves more than its 3-star rating.

Tutto bellissimo, la ristorazione non ha niente di male e il buffet alla mattina davvero ampio. Anche i servizi spa e le camere sono molto completi, c'è anche l'animazione davvero competente, il miniclub con la animatrice per i miei figli è stato una salvezza. Pio ci ha portati ogni giorno alle poste con il bus, super amichevole. Peccato che al momento che ho voluto utilizzare la spa mi sono ritrovata l'animatore dentro che la faceva durante il suo orario di lavoro... e quindi me ne sono andata in quel momento. Belle anche le attività serali.

This hotel was only rated three star and I was a bit disappointed about missing out on a five star hotel in the same resort. However, Hotel Gardenia surpassed our expectations! Some parts of the hotel can look dated but I believe the owners are gradually refurbishing it. The Wellness facilities were excellent; sitting in the jacuzzi you are treated to a view of the surrounding mountains. There were a few things that weren't apparent in the Crystal ski brochure that made a big difference to our stay: - the food was very good with a choice of dishes and an appetiser waiting at the table each night - a courtesy van (driven by the ever cheerful Pio - I hope I've spelt that correctly) taking guests to the slopes, and then back again late afternoon) - heated ski lockers which were excellent for boots and gloves - the staff: Francesca in the dining room; Doris in the bar; the entertainment team

Siamo appena rientrati da una vacanza di 5 giorni presso questo hotel, dove abbiamo soggiornato in una stupenda junior suite per 4 persone. Camera nuova, pulitissima e molto ben organizzata. Arredamento stupendo, tutto in legno, letti comodi e piumone molto caldo. Le pulizie quotidiane sono effettuate con molta cura. Colazione e cena super, varietà e qualità dei cibi ottime. La cameriera del nostro tavolo molto simpatica e disponibile. Simpatici e cordiali anche gli animatori, e naturalmente il personale alla reception, tutti gentilissimi. Siamo stati anche in piscina e idromassaggio, molto belli. Sicuramente da consigliare, non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Appena terminata una settimana bianca…tutto perfetto!!! Hotel con ottimi servizi (cucina inclusa) e staff super gentile e carino…a partire dalla sala, reception e animazione! Un ringraziamento speciale a Claudio, Manuel, Angelica e Samuel, Francesca, tutti i ragazzi della sala e per finire Elena! Una settimana bellissima e ciliegina sulla torta un servizio ski-transfer top!! Grazie ragazzi, contiamo di tornare al Gardenia!!

Just had a great stay at Gardenia. Hotel is a 10 minute walk or there is a shuttle bus always on hand. Great boot room that’s dries everything overnight or you can stick on radiators. Rooms are cosy and slightly dated, but clean very quiet at night. Staff are lovely, nice little bar and plenty of options with food. The spa is excellent, steam rooms , pool & sauna ( over 18) don’t forget a towel & swim cap. A great family holiday with plenty of different runs to suit all.
