Where do i start…. The pool was full of bugs and the water was green and tasted like barf!!! The hallways were something out a horror film and was dark! At breakfast there was nobody there apart from out family of 5. Small variety of food and the bread rolls and ceral tasted like pure blood and made me sick to my stomach! The room were ******* the showers were discusting the beds were creaking and uncomfortable and stains and sment like blood also the balcony was broken and coulnt not open the shutters and we had no natursl daylight!! TERRIBLE

Five of us stayed in the Villa at the Gabbiano and it was amazing, Gianni and his team were first class and made the stay very enjoyable always happy to help and no job too small. The food at the onsite restaurant was fantastic, well priced, and very tasty. The villa itself has an amazing viewpoint that overlooks the lake. The villa also has a professional kitchen with numerous added extras which was amazing and we cooked some fantastic meals in there. The rest of the hotel and its grounds were immaculate and were kept very clean and tidy throughout our entire stay. The Pool in the hotel was also very nice and refreshing. I cannot thank Gianni and his team enough they made our stay unforgettable and very comfortable. Many thanks Gianni we cannot recommend you enough!

Situato a due passi dal lago , ottima veduta ,facile da raggiungere ci siamo anche rilassati in piscina e mangiato una pizza . Peccato la poca cura della struttura in quanto un po’ vetusta , e una polemica del tutto inutile da parte del titolare per una gentile richiesta che sinceramente poteva evitare in quanto fuori luogo .

Le camere sono piccolissime con cose mezze rotte per farti causa senza che tu abbia fatto niente, il cibo in quantità e in qualità é pessimo, la colazione é l' unico pasto decente. Per intrattenimento ci sono le TV con 1 o 2 canali disponibili, poi c'é la piscina, per la maggior parte del tempo sporca, affianco c'é un tavolo da ping pong e un bar con costi altissimi. In somma tutto pessimo, non consigliato.

Ho appena passato uno stupendo weekend sul lago Trasimeno e mi sono trovata davvero bene in questa struttura sia per il posto strategico( vicino alle città d' arte più belle dell' Umbria) e sia per la cordialità del personale che ti fa sentire come a casa. La cucina del ristorante infatti è molto buona come quella di famiglia.

Appena arrivato mi hanno accolto malamente, scarse informazione quando ho chiesto dove fosse la mia stanza, la stanza per 3 persone sono al massimo 15 m2. A cena c’era una poca variatà di prodotti, per il primo cera solo pasta, per primo solo carne e secondo altra carne, mancanza completa di pesce prodotti quasi tutti surgelati e forti odori di bruciore provenienti dal cibo, per un pasto completo ho dovuto aspettare 2 ore e 15 m, all’ inizio non hanno portato il pane nel mio tavolo, dopo numerosi richiami, ci hanno finalmente portato pochi pezzi. Quando ne abbiamo chiesto ancora hanno risposto :” vediamo, non se se c’è ne abbiamo “. Io tempo totale esorbitante NON VENITECI

Hotel in ottima posizione per turismo, congressi, pranzi e cerimonie ma anche per una pizza in compagnia di amici e familiari. La cucina e' quella della tradizione umbra, semplice, ma molto gustosa. Ha anche due campi da Padel coperti, a prezzo bassissimo.

Il cibo pessimo, prezzi altissimi ad esempio 5 euro per una pepsi di 1.5 litri anche se devo dire i camerieri gentili ed educati. Le stanze trascurate e maltrattate e puzzolenti. Non ci ritornerei mai piu e per riempire i 200 caratteri finale.
