The most expensive hotel I stayed in during this trip to Lanka, of course it is also worth the price. The room is a seaside villa, and the beach is just outside the door. The hotel swimming pool is great, with a wide view.

A very good hotel. Directly on the beach. It has its own protection. Food a bit monotonous, served to the tables by friendly staff. Very loud air conditioning broke the impression, but despite attempts to repair it was still loud. Prices are very high for Sri Lankan conditions.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Perfektes Essen, genauso ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Sandstrand ist auch sehr sauber und flach abfallend. Die Massage in der Wellnessabteilung war sehr angenehm, es wurde sogar nach Allergien und sonstigen Beschwerden gefragt.

Es fängt schon an beim Empfang bis hin zum Check out, das Personal ist so herzlich, höflich und hilfsbereit ! Alles ist so wunderschön hergerichtet! Wir haben uns zu 100% Wohlgefühl. Essen sowie Getränke waren so sehr lecker, jeden Abend etwas anderes und so schön angerichtet! Der Strand ist der Hotel eigene Strand und ist sehr schön sauber gehalten! Alles in allem einfach nur perfekt! Es war einTraumurlaub dort!

This hotel is well located right next to the beach . Unlike many hotels in that area it has a very wide beachfront area. It is set in a well tended and manicured garden. We had an ocean view room with a fabulous view across the beach and trees. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had everything you might need, including fridge ,safe, excellent A/C and a luxurious bathroom with plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. The staff are very welcoming helpful and courteous. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a whole range of Western and Sri Lankan dishes. If I were to offer any negative points it would be that the buffet dinner is quite expensive at 40$ per person. Also the beach bar plays music from 10.30am throughout the whole day. This can get pretty irritating when you're trying to relax and listen to the waves. Fortunately it is less intense if you go well off to one side of the beach. Maybe the hotel could offer quieter times on the beach? All in all I do think this is a very good luxury stay and I would certainly return in the future.

Nous étions à l hôtel UGA BAY il y a quelques jours. Je le recommande vivement ! Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins ! L hôtel est magnifique, très propre et la plage est splendide. Ma note est au maximum. D ailleurs nous étions également à l hôtel Uga Ullagala qui était tout aussi bien !
