Welcome to the Beach Villa at Paso! We are happy to open our home to fellow wine lovers looking to add a coastal breeze to their wine country experience. The Villa features three spacious king-bedrooms with plush mattresses that will make you feel like you’re floating on water! The master suite features a luxury bathroom complete with tiled shower, vanity, soaker tub, and built-in storage. The modern kitchen is complete with an island (only fitting for a coastal home!) and includes everything you’d need to prepare a home-cooked meal! Feel free to store your wine in the wine fridge, but please remember to take it with you, as we cannot be held liable for the next guests’ drinking habits. The dining table seats six and is located directly across from the door to the backyard, where you will find multiple seating options, including a cabana that seats 8! Our outdoor space also features recliner seats, a pair of cocktail chairs, and plenty of space around the fire pit to situate as many patio chairs as you desire. Back inside, you will also find plenty of seating in the living room and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and more already pre-loaded! Oh, and cable of course! Lastly, the guest bath has its own standing vanity, shower-tub combination, and plenty of cabinet storage. Excellent Paso Stay
We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The home is clean and well-maintained and in an excellent location. The layout was great for multiple couples and it was nice to have king beds in each room so no one had to sacrifice comfort. The owners provided detailed and helpful information about the property and Paso in general which we really appreciated! They responded very quickly to one question I had upon checkin but otherwise left us alone. The checkout time and checklist were very reasonable as well. Overall, a perfect place for our Paso trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood
My buddy and I come to Paso for golf every Spring. This home was perfect for us (we were supposed to be three but one guy had to cancel), very comfortable and Ken was nice enough to get us a reservation at the amazing jazz club, Libretto, in downtown Paso. The fire pit ignition didn’t work, it could use an upgrade. One cool thing….there seems to be a young deer that hangs out in the neighborhood. Nice touch!

Perfect
Property excellent. We are two couples and we look places w at least two KS bedrooms. This has three! Owner great to work with about dining and winery suggestions.

Girls Birthday Weekend Away
We were a party of 5 women and the home accommodated all of us very comfortably. The house is very well equipped with everything needed for the weekend. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood just blocks away from downtown (you could even walk to town permitting weather). The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of nice linens for everyone. Sadly, we never used the firepit out back, but it was a nice touch if we had been at the house more throughout the weekend. We did enjoy our coffee and wine on the back patio enjoying the beautiful views the yard had to offer. We would most definitely stay at this home again.

Great for any visit to Paso
This is a lovely house, well appointed, and the owner is very helpful (even when we had a question due to us being clueless). Kitchen has everything you could wank. We didn't take advantage of the back yard, because we had a lot going on, but it looks well set up for outdoor eating and enjoyment.
It's in a quiet residential area, about a 20 minute walk to the central square, where all the restaurants are (but keep in mind that it's very uphill on the return).
If I had a nit to pick, we would have liked more light in the living room (e.g., some lamps to make reading easier), but that's a small detail.
We would definitely rent this place again.

Wine Weekend at Beach Villa
Beach villa was ideal for our wine weekend in Paso. Perfect for two couples. The king sized beds, bathrooms, numerous seating options...plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We hope to return!

Perfect Paso Getaway
This house is very clean, well equipped and the beds are very comfortable! Good location for visiting the different wineries and close to downtown Paso. In a quiet neighborhood with some good hills for a morning walk. Even saw some deer. Definitely hope to be back.
