Living Space: This home features a beautiful living space with a large open living room. The living room has leather couch, loveseat and chair and features a 65" Smart TV. The kitchen would please a professional chef.  It is Fully-stocked with a 60" commercial Viking range with dual ovens, and stainless appliances. Small appliances include Keurig duo coffee maker(both pod and full pot), Nespresso espresso machine, waffle iron, Instant Pot, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, juicer, bread machine and more.  Enjoy using the luxury cookware, glassware and tablewear. The Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed, and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 2 is upstairs, queen bed and 55" Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is upstairs, queen-sized bed and 43" Smart TV. The full bathrooms include custom expansive, walk-in, showers with dual heads, towel warmers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies  Outdoor Areas: The outdoor backyard space features a large covered patio.  Also attached is a deck with seating and dining space. The outdoor kitchen includes a built-in gas grill, refrigerator and sink.  Play a game in the horseshoe pits or head over the the additional outdoor area that features a 6 person, 45 jet spa, and outdoor lounge seating. The garden abounds with fruit trees and sprawling lawns while giant Oak and Walnut trees provide ample shade during the summer months. There are ducks that free range during the day. A caretaker will be on the property morning and night to tend to them.
