Other aspects are OK, in line with the standards of holiday inn express. Although I prepaid the full fee online and the front desk confirmed this at check-in, the hotel repeatedly charged the room rate in the middle of the night and responded to the front desk the next day. They said it should be a deposit and will not really charge my bank. I hope they are telling the truth.
