I was really impressed by the hotel's Filipino hospitality, especially the front desk service. Nessi at the front desk always has a warm smile and makes me feel like home. The concierge colleagues are also very considerate, whether they are recommending attractions or helping to call a taxi, it makes people feel very warm. The hotel also has a special smoking area, which is clean and comfortable, taking the needs of travelers into full consideration. Every staff member is very polite and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. Sincere thanks to the team for making our stay so wonderful! This hotel is definitely worth recommending! ! ! :)))

When I checked in, I used my DEBIT/CREDIT card. Before swiping my card, I reminded the front desk staff to use CREDIT, but I still swiped DEBIT. When I checked out, the front desk lady responded that it would take 4 weeks for the P5,000 to be refunded to my account. I have checked in several times and have never encountered a cash situation. The education and training of the front desk staff should be strengthened.

Well.. front desk sometimes not greeting guess even i greeted they are not greeting me back no reaction 😆.. lobby.. is lack of guess couches for us if needed.to wait for our family we need to stand long in the lobby.. only two chair can u imagine that?. ang daming bawal sa hotel that u cannot enjoy ur stay well.. amenities.. microwave is defective.. some lights not working.. 7/10 score but still good.
