Very bad house, no water cup, no electric kettle, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers, nothing. I couldn't even brush my teeth. I complained to the front desk and they said that's it.

The facilities were a little old, the shower temperature was difficult to adjust, and some of the downlights didn't work, but the staff were polite and the service was good.
Breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor was also delicious.

The hotel location was excellent. The service was very good. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a bit small but then again I was booked in a superior room so maybe that is a hit on the smaller side otherwise it was comfortable.
