the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it. And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓 Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞 Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star. And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in. About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head. (Not recommended) Fix the bed people.

This hotel never fail to satisfy our expectations from the place to the staff service. This is our second time to check in here and the first time was 2 years ago when their lobby is under construction. This year, I saw lots of improvements from the room that made us feel we are staying in a 5-star hotel. What I only hate is the traffic jam around the area so when you will check in at 2 pm, expect that you’ll never make it on time. However, you might be one of the lucky guests who will get a free room upgrade just like us. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and very accommodating to our request. Whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The hotel itself is just in front of Podium and 3-5mins walk to SM Megamall so everything was accessible. The hotel even gave us a treat, a delicious slice of cheesecake because we’re celebrating our monthsary. My partner and I appreciate that kind gesture.

Location is very near to malll ( Shangril Lan and Megamall) very clean hotel and breakfast is amazing. The only concern we have is you cannot used the bedroom room slipper at the buffet area so I have to change first to my only shoe. Room is fantastic its just the shower is a bit loose to extend that water come out from the bath tub and make all flooring wet. But overall stay is fantastic.

Good room, clean, good air quality. Good front desk service for check in and check out. Only wish there were more vegetarian options at breakfast, and that I was told that the airport transfer needs to be ordered 4 hours in advance. I booked the studio for 1 night (sg$130).

Love our stay here! Well preserved rooms, clean and sanitary, nice view and great service. Super near podium and convenience stores.

This is one of the top places I'll definitely book again. Our stay experience was very great! The facilities are well kept. The staff are very polite and courteous from the doorman, front desk, housekeeping, and dining. The food were also superb! Everything was very tasty! The only downside would probably be the water temperature in showers and sink. It gets very hot right away. Overall it eas a pleasureable stay.

Stay was good and we will be back again. Better to stay on weekdays maybe to avoid the crowd in the spa area. They have swimwear for rent with just a minimal fee. Maybe change the information that kids are not allowed because hotel confirmed they accept. But overall it was a relaxing and good stay.
