This is my go-to hotel. All the staff here are wonderful and so accommodating. They excel in doing their jobs. You will see their hard work and dedication to provide the best service they can offer. Kudos to Ella and Jess for making a highly efficient team. The management is lucky to have them. The bldg has an excellent location with proximity to railway. A great deal in a prime area. Rooms are clean with comfy bed and pillows. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. Guests will surely come back. Your home in Mandaluyong.

We booked this as this is the last triple room that we can have at a short notice and since we are going to Megamall and SM East Ortigas. The hotel is very close, minutes walk to Podium and Megamall. We booked the studio room that has 3 single beds to accommodate me, my bf and my mom. it comes with free breakfast and access to pool. The buffet breakfast is at the 33rd floor, same floor as the pool and not to expect much, limited choices but it was good. There is no creamer for Coffee, only milk. I didn't like the bread and the fruit choices are limited. But overall, it was ok, average buffet. I think it's not really a hotel but a serviced apartment. It doesn't have in room dining, no kitchen to accommodate you except during breakfast buffet. There is free water and some toiletries but slippers are available upon request. We also had to call the reception to request for stirrer (not available) or spoon since they have free coffee in the room, which took sometime before they delivered. The aircon is okay, there is a veranda but you cannot open the access to it. Anyway, view is not so nice there so it's ok. We took time to dip in the pool after breakfast. It was ok, shower not ok though and since it was raining, I was kinda hesitant to go in, unsure if water is clean (it's an outdoor pool). in short, we didn't stay long and decided to just watch TV in our room. btw, make sure you are not dripping in the elevator or there will be extra charge. There is also surcharge for drinks and food beyond normal consumption. Location wise, yes it's good but there's a lot of room for improvement here.

I really had fun staying in this hotel despite of the restrictions brought about by the pandemic. Ralph, the Manager, in this hotel was very helpful even during the times when I was still in Canada and trying to book/reschedule my hotel reservation. He was very helpful and easy to reply when I have concerns about my reservation. The Front Desk staff were always cheerful and easily attend to my needs every time I call them. I stayed there for 4 nights but no words can say how happy I was that I booked my hotel reservation with them. Thank you.

This hotel never fail to satisfy our expectations from the place to the staff service. This is our second time to check in here and the first time was 2 years ago when their lobby is under construction. This year, I saw lots of improvements from the room that made us feel we are staying in a 5-star hotel. What I only hate is the traffic jam around the area so when you will check in at 2 pm, expect that you’ll never make it on time. However, you might be one of the lucky guests who will get a free room upgrade just like us. 🤗 We’ll see you again next year. ❤️❤️❤️

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like Expedia Agoda hotels.com etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like ***!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish. Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups. Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though. Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals. I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times. Over all, I'd stay here again.

The hotel is located at a convenient spot, there’s restaurants around and other facilities. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. The room was okay, the only problem was the hotel slippers as they are not made of good quality. There’s transport available outside the hotel for convenient travelling. Overall it was a good place and the experience was pleasant.

We booked a Standard Room via trip.com and it was mentioned in our booking that the bed type in the room we selected is assigned randomly. When we checked in, I was informed my front desk that all Standard Rooms actually have Queen size beds so no need to request for it because we’re really getting a big bed. The check in process was smooth with ₱1,000 cash deposit. Yes, cash. They still do not have other payment options for the deposit. No credit card payments yet for the deposit. The hotel has just been opened in March of this year. Hotel is fresh, lobby looks so pretty, smells good, everyone is warm. Our room is so beautiful with new bed, fresh linens and fluffy pillows. It has a personal ref and TCL Android TV. Good water pressure, 2 trash cans. Hot shower is perfectly working. Only 2 bath towels and 1 foot rug. Toiletries provided also in the room. Lots of lighting in the room. Aircon is just a window type and placed near the floor. We love so much our room. Beautiful, fresh, new, for us it is spacious for the amount we paid. Basic but beautiful. We’ll definitely stay again when we will have another event to attend to within the hotel’s location. Parking in front of the hotel. There’s 711 and Figaro and coffeeteria on the ground floor of hotel. We love Monaco Hotel so much!

Our family has often taken to staycations in Hotels within Manila to beat the usual traffic in and out of the Metro. Since the Holy Week would definitely be the height of traffic, we opted to choose up please that wouldn't take us more than an hour from Quezon City. We miss Baguio and seeing mountains and fresh cool breeze so Timberland was the 1st venue that came to mind. This place has often been a favorite of the university where I work for seminars conventions and recreational activities. Last January my husband and I tried it out for an overnight stay and we kept on telling ourselves it would be great to bring our kids back here. Since my kids are both adults I opted to get a separate room for them. Our kids asked if their friends could come along for the day pass which we agreed to. The Day pass allows them to use of amenities such as the swimming pool the covered courts and the rock climbing area which they thoroughly enjoyed. The fee also included an amount allotted for consumable food and drink at the cafe Ridge. I had made a reservation through their Viber account and I was assisted by Erica who assured me that my reservation stands. Upon arriving, at the lobby I was greeted by Aliyah and Kar greeted us cheerfully. Since we arrived before lunch our room was not yet available so it was recommended that we have snacks at Baker J or the cafe Ridge. We were also informed that we could use the pool and other amenities while we waited for our room could be available. My kids headed straight to the Rock Climbing facility and afterwards, the pool area which had a good view of the cityscape. At the cafe Ridge, we were attended to by JC who helped us rearrange the tables at the balcony since it had been raining and he wanted to make sure we would not get wet. Everything we ordered was delicious especially their burger where you can choose how you want it cooked so we chose medium well and although it took some time for it to be served it was worth the wait because it was juicy and flavorful. Later on I was informed via Viber that our rooms were available. Upon retrieving our key cards at the front desk I was greeted by Gina who recognized me from our previous day. Having a familiar face really makes this place feel like home which my family and I always look forward to in returning. We were granted adjacent rooms. I was so thankful that both rooms had really cold and strong air conditioning because the heat in Manila was just unbelievable. A few moments later Kar called to check up on us to make sure everything was in order. Later on, I would make inquiries through their handset phones and I was able to speak to Gina making inquiries about their activities for the weekend she gave a detailed description of what we could expect. After dinner, we went to the balcony where it was surprising to see an outdoor movie set up for the night. There was even a popcorn machine and a stand that sold churros first snacks. It was good to just chi
