I would like to say treasure has excellent customer service and very professional. I had issues with my room key she was very patient and was able to help me in a timely fashion.

Chad made the difference. My conversation with him, an hour before we showed up, gave me a greater confidence and understanding in and of Hotel X. My interaction with him, while checking in, was superior to many front desk personnel I've dealt with. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure needs to be turned up. The juice/water machine was broken. The breakfast was good, in that it included egg, meat, and cheese sandwiches as well as biscuits and sausage gravy. The person preparing the breakfast and the morning front desk staff were pleasant.

The front desk crew are the nicest ever! Nia, Melissa, Kevin and Chad are so friendly! We even met the Manger, Anna, who is so hospitable! The cleaning staff is absolutely wonderful keeping the rooms tidy and VERY clean; Brianna, Carmen and Amy are terrific! Our stay was WONDERFUL and I absolutely recommend this hotel...by the way, breakfast is great also.

Wife and I had a great time, local weekend stay to get out of the house. Desk Manager BFF "Melissa" was very nice, helpful.

Very nice hotel. Nice little breakfast. Location was nice with a lot to do. Rooms were very comfy and water was hot. Some hotels barely have hot water. Not this place. Lol. Great job.

Great staff substandard facilities.
The staff was amazing and friendly couldn’t ask for better. The hotel itself smelled like mold and mildew, hallway and the room itself very unpleasant odor. The AC smelled like mold also. The walls are paper thin you hear everything. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price I paid but these issues should be resolved if you want return customers.
