Enjoy a pet & family friendly neighborhood, take a stroll by he pond and you might spot turkey's, squirrels, ducks, ospreys, owls, egrets, sand cranes, turtles, raccoons, armadillo's and an occasional deer if your lucky! An hour away from Bush Gardens Tpa, St Pete 's sugar-sand beaches, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI, & Weeki Wachee River; 2 hours from Mount Dora/Disney Orlando; 20min away from Tarpon Sponge Docks, Dunedin, quaint coastal tourist attractions and Malls. Studio attached to main residence, own private entrance. Normal living noises.About pets:Pets allowed.One pet 20 pound or under.
